Topba\u015f, who says that ”\u0130stanbul has the risk of earthquake seriously\u2019 states that their aim is to make the buildings that were built casually have no risk of earthquake by the help of urban transformation.<\/p>\n
Topba\u015f, who records that \u0130stanbul is subject to 12 million immigrants for the last 50 years and that since there are no city plans there is skewed urbanization, says that a project with the cost of 17,5 billion dollars is being prepared to be able to reinforce the risky buildings at the amount of 1 million 600 thousand of \u0130stanbul locating in the line of earthquake and the problem of supplying funds will be solved out by giving importance to urban transformation.<\/p>\n
Topba\u015f, who reminds that they start the works to reestablish a city by wedging the risky areas of the District of S\u00fcmer says that \u2018we are getting on Turkey\u2019s first project of earthquake transformation field in the District of S\u00fcmer in Zeytinburnu\u2019.
